All people has told me that I have to put 4 gallons, but every time when I am finishing the third one, the measure level is already above the maximum point, I have left the car 8 hours and the level remains there, and I still have to put another gallon??

i think 3/1/2 because all of them are idiot and damn bullshit.i'm sorry to say that.

OMG!!! Your car takes no more than 4 quarts!!!!! If you are using gallons DO NOT START ENGINE until you drain it out and start again. Pour in like 3 1/2 quarts and start to fill up new filter, check level and add as needed. NEVER second guess the dipstick dude its the final word in oil level.

you mean four quarts, its only about 3.3 quarts with filter
