a month ago some invisible force pulled my backpack under the bed, and 3 weeks later it chased me up the stairs im getting scared

You probably should consider a house blessing...or just sternly let the ghost know YOU live there and he/she is NOT in charge. Make sure you keep up with your prayers of protection.
Don't freak out...this thing probably won't hurt you:)

try not to be scare, you told them its your house, prayers and call a priest to bless your house. know the history of your house if you were not the one built the house, also investigate the kind of lot. maybe the lot wherein your house stand has the unforseen force. if it continues occuring better get out of the house and get a specialist, like a psychic or a paranormal expert. my house also has the unforseen force, i bought this lot and built a house, on the third day with my family on this new house, we encountered this force, whistling sounds and in kitchen area we saw an old woman wearing black dress and veil, first reaction we are scared, but i got angry because of frequent disturbing whistling sounds and the old woman always showed up, so i talked with them (tho im scared)i told them "this is my house, if you want to stay with us, so stay with us, but dont ever touch my kids or scared us. we arent disturbing you, we arent making fun of you," from then on the whistling sounds gone but the old woman stays. i called a priest and my house was blessed for three times already. i always incense the house. later i discovered the history of the lot wherein my house stand. the lot was vacant lot and has a big tree in the middle, under the tree this old woman built small house made of bamboo for her shelter (she didnt own the lot)because she didnt knew where to stay. until the old woman gone, its the stories from neighbors. i offered a mass for her upon knowing it. until now my kids still sees her.,but not scared anymore.

Whoa that is horrible. i got an idea the very next time this Ghost messes with you you do what you do best you give him the fright of his life.
Put some dirt in your backpack and repeat the following
Ashes to Ashes
Dust to Dust
If you keep messing with me I 'tt turn you to dust

That is the coolest thing i have ever heard.
Seriosuly. It is.
I am fascinated with ghosts and know alot about them.
I suggest trying to contact it, to see what it wants.
Use candles and incense, don't use a ouija board though, ghosts don't like them.
If you contact it, see why it's angry, or why it's bothering you.
There are two ways to get rid of it if it really is bothering you that much.
You could call a priest and have him bless your house, or after contacting, you could try to help it.
Thats all.

Ask it what it wants and then tell it you aren't going anywhere...if it wants to sit down and talk, you're game. If it wants to act like family, well...you moved out to get away from that behavior! Treat it like a recalcitrant child when it acts up and when it behaves helpfully, act like it's a friend.

It sounds to me like you have one or more "astral nasties" that likes to feed itself on your sweet, succulent ever-so-tasty shock and fear...The best thing to do (in my opinion) is to blow it off. It will no doubt try to do something to get your attention and scare the b'jesus out of you, but DON'T GIVE IN!!! Stand your ground...In fact, if you can muster the strength, the next time it tries to frighten you, LAUGH YOUR BUTT OFF!!! AND MEAN IT!!!
These types of entities only come around for one thing...Food....And that food is your fear....They eat it like caviar...How do I know all this stuff?.....I've had to deal with this type of entity myself on more than one occasion...
