i never knew that existed..r there even such things? i dont think they can exist considering they dont go through the menstrual cycle lucky for them.

They are NOT menstrual cramps; they are intestinal gases...

Men can NOT have menstrual cramps since they lack the reproductive system of the female anatomy.

Just a fallacy. No female plumbing, no menstrual cramps. Is someone perhaps is putting you on ?
