In your question you already allowed for the placement so from the 20.5 yard mark the kick would be 30.5 yd. because the goal posts are 10 yards from the goal line. Since there are no half yard delineations on the field the field gaol would most likely be considered either a 30 yard or a 31 yard kick, depending upon the statistician's point of view.

Yes, it would be a 30 yard field goal. Add the ten yards to where the football is being kicked, and it is 30.5 Since it is not a full 31 yards, it will be considered 30.

If 20.5 is line of scrimmage u have to allow for a 7-yard snap back to the holder and an extra 10 yds in the endzone, so it is around a 38-yarder

38 YARD FG, they round up.
OK, it's the 13.5 yard which is considered the 14 yd line statistically. It is a 31 yd. FG statistically.

Neither, it depends on the spot of the hold which is typically about 7 yards deep. I imagine the statistician would round down if the hold is slightly beyond the hash mark.
