where can i find good software to edit all my movies and add to them a little "spice" (I want to post them on youtube)

If you are a Windos XP user you can use moviemaker that should already be installed ... sure, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but to - as you put it - add a little spice it is more than sufficient.
(it is buried somewhere around Program Files/Movie Maker, the executable's name is moviemk.exe)
