Everytime I turn off all the lights when I go upstairs to go to sleep, I begin to feel all scared. I feel like I'm mentally hearing scary noises I heard before. What is the result of this?

There isn't anything wrong with a night light. Gradually get used to the dark.

If you are hearing noises you best talk to your doctor about that. You may need some counseling to resolve some fear that maybe has come from a childhood trauma.

Nothing wrong with a night light in the hall and the bathroom too. Face your fears...and if you can't do it yourself seek some counseling.

The result of this may be a high electrical bill!

OR

You have to overcome your fear, try counselling or try facing the fear. Challenge the noises, go to them and see where it is coming from.
