i take it since you are asking for a lactose free and soy free meal ideals i the your child is lactose intolerant and to be honest there are few meals but some advice they sale a lot of dairy products such as cheese sour cream etc etc lactose free I'm not sure about soy free but try going to this web site and see what you can find www.foodyoucaneat.com good luck at that site you can build your own profile to restrict soy and lactose and if your little one develops more food intolerance's you can add them later

If you are doing jarred foods still, Earth's Best makes some great, high protein meals. My babe loves the lentils and rice and sweet peas. They also make ones with meat if you want it, its all organic and soy free.

All fruits, except citrus, are okay at this age. Mashed or cut into tiny pieces, depending on her number of teeth.

Avocados are a great babyfood. Maashed or cut into chunks for finger food.

If you are concerned about protein you can also cook up beans until they are quite soft and give them to her as finger foods.

Egg yolks can be introduce at 9 months, but not the whites, they are allergenic.

If you are looking for more grown-up foods, I would ask over in the Vegetarian and Vegan section. Vegans do not eat any dairy and many are now shunning soy foods.

How old is the baby? Are you doing baby foods or are you giving table foods.
Fruits: applesauce, puree peaches, apricots, pears, whatever
Vegies: puree greenbeans, peas, any vegetable.
Meats: Puree hamb with spaghetti sauce and pasta (check pasta for milk) or noodles (also check for milk---my noodles does not contain milk) Chicken noodle soup--veg soup--chili soup
Misc. eggs
Have you tried goats milk. You might have a hard time finding it.
Good luck.

You could try rice milk or fortified diluted juices. You could mix rice cereal with baby food for meals. My daughter was intolerant as well and that worked for us. Fortunately, she is over her allergies now, at age 2. Try www.missrobens.com for some ideas too. You can enter your child's allergies and then it gives you a list of foods they carry that do not contain any of those ingredients.

Little babies need fat, protein, fiber. Do not put a baby on a soy diet. Kids need these things to grow.
