really they attribute all kinds of problems to him...the war, the envrionment, the whole running of the government, the hurricanes, the floods etc. they act as if he is not a mere man but some sort of god who controls everything and everyone. so far as the war...the dem's and rep's voted for it based on flawed intelligence gleaned from way back to the elder bush and clinton administrations. the natural disasters? well folks its just nature. bottom line the problems of this country are not one man's fault, its the senate, the state rep's, the county and the american ppl's fault too. it always amazes me how they are quick to point the finger of blame at one person (bush) but never look in the mirror and ask themselves what have they done to make this nation better. have you voted, volunteered, served in your local government? to just sit and piss and moan and heap blame on one individual's shoulders is irresponsible and stupid.

dba_ gregg - bush did not unilaterally declare war on iraq, congress voted and they had access to the same intel that bush did. the fact that that same intel was taken from the elder bush admin & clintons and was flawed was the problem. but what else did bush have to go on? bush was in office 8 months when we were attacked...clinton 8 yrs and he had several chances to get bin laden & saddam but between maddy albright and 'campaign contributions' from a saudi prince and supporter of bin laden...well ol' slick just seemed to lose the terrorists.

Bravo!! I have never seen such hatred for a good moral man in all of my life. It makes you wonder if the people who are pointing the finger don't want their sins revealed and they can't stand someone that stands on principles and values. Watch the bashing at this post.

How was the war in Iraq not Bush's choice/fault? Please explain? The force authorization gave Bush the OPTION to use force, not a mandate to do it.

Also on the old beaten to death subect of the "bad intelligence" if clinton and france KNEW saddam had WMD like you claim why didn't they invade? The reason is that they knew there was a huge margin of error, an important fact that Bush and the republicans ignored to the detrement of our country.

Also did God tell condi to go shoe shopping while people were dying in new orleans? Did God choose political hacks to run FEMA, did GOD tell bush to roll back clean air act restrictions?

Fact is we blame him for the things he is responsible for and you don't like it. And now the voters are going to punish people like you next week.

I've seen some stupid things in Yahoo answers but blaming the Anti-War movement for starting the Iraq war has to take the cake. Maybe you can look in the mirror for electing bush, but we sleep soundly.

Hahah, I mention Iraq and you mention 9/11. Well you certainly are a Bush republican.....

I believe Bush takes credit for these things..therefore he must accept blame...haven't you heard there has been not terrorist attacks since 9-11? By the same token there hasn't been any more hurricanes since the disaster that was handled so poorly.Guess he thinks he has this weather thing under control too.

I agree with you, while I blame Bush for much of it and think that since he is president he is the one we must turn to to get stuff done. But the truth is all these problems are much bigger and deeper then just Bush.
