my boyfriend got mad at me and pulled some cords out from underneath the hood. he said that he put everything back the way that it was before but ever since then it has been making these loud squeaky noises. also, when i first start to go if i am turning the wheel then it will cut off. when i stop at a light or something, then it shakes too and the squeaking gets worse. one of my daddys friends said that one of my belts was coming off and i need a tension pulley. i got that fixed but am still having the same problems. i took it to auto zone and got a diagnostic and they said it was something with the cars computer. after reading this, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

You didn't state the year, make and model of your vehicle, so it's pretty hard to tell what you are talking about. As far as your "boyfriend" is concerned, GET RID OF HIM!!! You don't need someone like that in your life!!!

This is not your problem, this is you boyfriend's (I note you didn't say ex-boyfriend) problem.
You may want to check the vacuum lines. Also check that the spark plug wires are connected in the right place and not crossed. Double check all connections that he "replaced".
What did you do by the way? Did you tell him you like your car more than him?
