Yes. My mate fell in love with a 40 year old man when she was 17. They married and had two children. Now he's 70 and she can't stand to be near him! She says having sex is like sleeping with a dirty old man. She didn't imagine all those years ago that the age difference would matter but as he's grown really old she's embarrassed that people think she is his daughter, yet that didn't bother her when he looked a lot younger.

I would have to say yes. While the difference is a little less, I know a couple that is very happily married. It was the husband's second marriage and he feels he learned a lot from his mistakes, although the marriage ended because of the wife's mistakes. He had children who were almost the same age as the new wife but they loved each other and God. They got married and have a loving family with the children, and even had one of their own. They've been happily married for 15 years now.

What's age got to do with it. My late wife was 18 years older than me and we enjoyed 16 years together before she passed away (she was 53). Now that I've moved on my current girlfriend is 16 years younger than me and we couldn't be happier, plus we're expecting our first next May. We don't pick the age of the people we love, if you're happy then go for it.
