There service is very slow, most of the time the food is not hot or barely warm, the employees do not smile at you, and the food selection is not all that great.

I havent been to a Hardees in ages..

I worked at Hardee's in high school. Perhaps it's because the store changed hands three - count 'em, three - times in the six months I worked there, the pay blows even for fast food restaurants, and the "thickburger" menu introduced a few years back has alienated much of Hardee's audience.
I hear the change in ownership has continued since my high school days and that the most recent company to own the rights to the Hardee's name is shutting doors left and right in places that are even a little over their heads.

My experience was very good with them- maybe it's just the location that you go to- I suggust you write a letter to the store manager and forward a copy to their headquarters- so that you may see some type of change. Anyway the service for me was kind of slow too, but then again my food was hot and fresh as if it was just made. the fried chicken had a good taste - and wow - their new burgers are off the hook-

All of the hardees in my state have closed. Probably the bad service!

Hate Hardees You can to others I prefer, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Arby's or Applebees.

not sure what happen to them, at firest we had two in my homtown and the they both closed down and about 15 yrs later the fcame back aske me the should have stayed gone
