What will happen when Google buys YouTube? Can I still keep my Saved videos, and will my account still be free???

Google already bought youtube. Nothing changed. They wanted youtube because of its popularity. Their not going to change anything...

I would assume, and this is just an assumption because I believe only the people who work at Google know exactly whats going to happen, Google already owns YouTube, but I would assume that everything would pretty much stay the same. Your user name and password, whatever you have saved, and favorites, etc. will all stay the same. I would imagine that only the look of YouTube will change, they will probably add more features and whatnot, but I believe everything from the users side will stay the same. Since everything else Google does is free service, I would imagine that YouTube will remain free. Best Wishes :-)

Google already bought YouTube. And since the purchase, YouTube has gone down hill...

Google already bought You-Tube, on top of that Google will control the tv industry and attempt to place commercials in those clips for advertisers... That is how they make money

google says nothing will happen. they are going to let youtube operate on it's own and will remain free

Adverts, lots and lots and lots of adverts. Free entry level products saturated with targeted ads with the opportunity to buy yourself into "advanced features" which limit the amount of ads you see depending on the tier you go for. All the while they will be building a bigger and bigger profile on you to serve who-knows what purpose.

yes i don't see why not if google offers free email gmail and google earth and toolbar for free i don't see why they would start charging for youtube
