My daughter was 15 pound 8 oz at 6 months. She was 27 inches tall.
At birth she was 8 pounds 3 oz and 19 inches long.
She is 2 years old now and is 29.5 pounds and 36 1/4 inches tall and in the 95th percentile in height. 75-90 percent in weight.

Your baby should weigh twice it's birth weight at 6 months. Average weight at birth is 7 lbs, therefore average weight at 6 months is 14 lbs.
I think it's funny to see people saying that their 6 month olds weigh 30 lbs because my almost 4 year old son only weighs 32 lbs!!!!

My first Baby girl was big for her age, she weighed 30 lbs. the avrage weight is 14 lbs. the exact weights of my second and third daughters.
