No, Confirmation is not required to get married in the Catholic Church.
Either the bride OR the groom has to be a baptized Catholic for the couple to get married in the Catholic Church.

I wasn't even Catholic and could get married in the Catholic Church 25 years ago. But if you have a full mass ceremony, you wouldn't be able to take communion if you haven't been confirmed.

That's what I hear! Although I have to say that you can do so in a relatively short period of time. If you are not Catholic, the rules might be different. They just want to make sure that you know what you are entering into - spiritually. It's a really good thing!

Yes that is true. The church will not recognize your marriage. You also wont be able to be God Parents.

yes you can, you have to talk to the priest and he will do it during the ceremony or a couple of days bfr.
