Most universities don't differentiate between HS Diploma and GED after you've been accepted in the kind of program you're in now. Check with your school's admission office for more information. Oh, also call the U.S. Air Force recruiter's office and run the words "nurse anesthetist" by them. After they've scrapped their tongues off the floor, they'll tell you all about how much money they would love to pay you to fulfill that dream. Also, please contact Public Health Service. They have outstanding programs, too, that will help pay for everything. Good luck to you.

Many schools accept a GED, this is especially true if you have attended a technical college and have proved you are capable of college level work. Just ask the admissions of the schools you would like to attend.

Same as above, apply. But they will need some kind of measure of your ability. Usually this will be the SAT, or SAT. Another way to apply is to go to a community college as an adult special student get good grades and then apply for an upgrade to one who is matriculating.
