The 8 year old child lives with us. She claims she makes $10,000 or less each year. Lives in a $300,000 home drives a brand new Montanna Van and she is headed on her second trip this year out of province. She pays $80.00 per month for child support, how is this fair to that poor child, does anyone have suggestions?

Is this a child of your husbands and his ex? Is she remarried and her new hubby has the $$? Unfortunately HIS income won't count in most cases as the child's parents are responsible for their child. At $10,000/year she should be paying almost twice that (at least in my state) in child support. Go to your child support agency and ask for a review and increase in support. $80 doesn't cover food much less housing and personal needs of a child. Good luck!
