I like "dentist's" answer. To add:

Make the sex a pleasureable activity by resorting to new methods/positions, having more of foreplay and most important love your wife and let her feel she is important. Do not scold her for non-sex. Actually the desire to have sex should grow. Most of the times it is the family environment, your own behaviour towards her has a lot more to do with her indifference.

Best remedy lies in loving her more than before and she should be given more importance.

Best of luck. Be a nice and loving husband and you would find she desires more than you or would desire to do sex for you.

There are many reasons for
such an act of your wife:

1. She may be as older as you.
Or she is just 1/2 years younger.

2. Your age may be a reason.

3. She is too busy with your
only child.

4. She feels insecured for the
future.

5. She is too conscious about
remaining beautiful.

6. She is love with someone else.

7. She may have sugar.

8. She is depressed for ?
any reasons.

9. She is too much involved
with your only son and she
sleeps with him.

10. She is mentally sick and
needs medical help.

Medicines may not help, biologically,
she is unfit due to any reasons, as
stated above.

Please take her for long outing
and give attention to her emotions
first.

Please go to a marriage councellor
as well.

Sexual desire, or libido as it is sometimes called, is influenced by our own health, environmental circumstances and the behavior of our partner and others
there are loadz of reason for loss of sex appetite for women. they can be:

some medical conditions like menopause, diabetes, hypertension etc
drugs like antidepressant medicines can decrease sexual desire above and beyond the effect that the depression itself has. Pain drugs such as opiates block testosterone synthesis and decrease sexual response. Antihypertensive medications notoriously affect sexual response in men and are thought to have a lesser but real effect in women also

psychological reason like stress and tension. In spite of all the possible causes that can affect sexual desire, the most frequent cause of libido decrease among women is her non-sexual relationship with her partner. Problems over power struggles, resentment, feelings of being unimportant or just plain anger about past behavior can occur at any stage in a couple's life and are often the most common causes of decreased sexual desire. Marital problems frequently come to the surface at midlife.

physical stress at work. Physical causes are often responsible. Fatigue, whether due to stress, to physical work or even sleep deficit from childcare or hot flashes, is a common cause of decreased libido. Physical muscle or joint pain, pain with intercourse and urinary incontinence may also interfere with desire for sexual relations. In this case, fear of pain or embarassment works as a supressive force. Decreased estrogen at the time of menopause may cause the vaginal skin to become thin, dry and painful with the friction of intercourse. The opening to the vagina may loose elasticity and be painful with penetration. Estrogen replacement medication can relieve many of the vaginal symptoms and even stop the hot flashes which cause sleep disturbance, but in spite of this, there still is some loss of sexual desire at the time of menopause.

presence of children or adults in bedroom etc

you need to go through the underlying cause and correct it to increase the sexual appetite of your partner. if the problem is medical then just a talk with ur phycision will help you correct it, and if the reason is pscyological then you will need to correct it.

but despite all these things the cheapest medicine available to arouse a lady is foreplay. it doesn't cost you a penny but it works wonders. just give her some time before starting penetration, otherwise if you insist on having sex while she isn't ready she won't be well lubricated and this will result in dryness of the vagina and painful sex for her which will further pull her away from sex

Buddy, may be the problem is psychological...even if she is not interested, if she loves you, she should co-operate. You say she
neglects you. so may be it is not lack of interest in sex...may be she doesn't like you. I am sorry to say this.... but i think medicines are not going to help..... If there is no problem in your relationship with her , then try some therapy like full body massage, stroking, etc. Wish you luck

medicines hardly help in your sex desires.you should lead a normal life. have sex less frequently but whenever you have it, enjoy it. give your wife some foreplay may be with touching carrassing ,kissing, giving it oral and whatever way she gets -pleasure.strike the iron when it's hot

Don't give any drug. What happens if you don't give her? It is only a temporary solution. Learn to make foreplay more exciting and longer. If you know how to excite her by foreplay, then she will begging for you to make love to her. Some women need a longer foreplay. Try to research on Internet about foreplay.
