I would normally rotate them every 6000 miles (every alternate oil change). The tire manufacturer normally recommends once every 5000 miles.

Most vehicles are recommended to be done every about 6-8000 miles or so. A good rule of thumb is to do it every other oil change and every other time you rotate you should have the tires balanced as well.
So that's every 6-8000 miles for rotation with a balance every 12-16000 miles.

i happen to have that info in my purse.
bcuz i need to do this before i travel this week.
the tire place (a-z tires) where i got mine installed
they put 7500 mi for first rotation.
and i see it's the same for the second one.
so every 7500 mi is what my tire place recommends.

Every 10,000 miles. A little longer than two oil changes. At least that's what I was told.
