Go see your doctor. You have PMS. Sounds like it is severe. I have it really bad too. The tips my doc gave me are: do not eat chocolate a week before your period and also during because it can cause your mood swings to be more severe. Try to stay away from caffeine. Low impact exercise helps calm your moods.
I also got prescribed a low dose of zoloft. 50mg once a day everyday.
Good Luck sweetie!

PMS, I was like that too. Now I have an IUD and it seems to keep my hormone levels even.
It is one week out of the month why would someone need medicated for that??

Its PMS...if it is really THAT bad, talk to your Dr. There are medications for this. Otherwise, if you don't want to take anything, maintain a good balanced diet and exercise regularly. Drink lots of water too....and get plenty of sleep! It won't cure it, but it is likely to help. Search online to see if there are any herbal supplements you can take.

How funny, I was the same way. I went and talked to my Dr about it and he put me on prozac. Now I feel great .
