My husband keeps saying that he wants kids with me and is always tender and gooey when he is around other peoples children, but is always postponing us starting to try for a baby. He keeps doing the withdrawal method thing now that he knows I want a baby badly saying in 2 months we will start trying. He has been saying that for almost 2years now and it is driving me nuts. I have a biological clock and I want to do this now. He withdraws with perfect timing so no semen even has a chance to find its way in. So I'm wondering how to sucessfully collect the semen and put it into myself? or are there any better ideas out there that can help me?

You really need to tell him how you feel and that you need to listen how he is feeling. I would not try to get pregnant without his consent. He will feel betrayed.

Doesn't he know that the "pull out method" doesn't really work that well. The pre-ejaculate is more concentrated than the normal stuff.

Trying on your own doesn't work. I tried for 9 months before my husband got on board with "trying." You both have to want it to happen.

Don't try to get pregnant behind your husband's back, so to speak. He will only resent you and possibly the baby as well. If he says he wants children and seems to like kids, get him to sit down and have an honest talk with you about his reasons for postponing children. Maybe he's worried about financial stability, or doubts his own ability to be a good father. See if you can get him to open up about his thoughts and/or concerns.

This is dependent, do you wish him there whilst you are taking the scan? If so inform him there's a threat you're pregnant and could like him there whilst you are taking your scan. Tell him it used to be unforeseen however reassure him that you understand you 2 could make matters paintings. If you could as an alternative inform him if you understand for certain, take a scan (purchase a pair seeing that you most often wish to take a minimum of 2 simply to be at the risk-free part, and one more simply in case he needs to look it for himself once you inform him). If it comes out constructive, sit down him down and inform him how unforeseen it used to be however you are rather excited and that you simply would use his help via this time seeing that you like him and wish to bring his youngster, even though it is earlier than the deliberate period of time. Good good fortune!

Are you sure you want to get pregnant with a man that doesn't want a child yet. Either wait for him a time longer or find someone else. collecting and putting it in you is not only an unsanitary idea but a boring one. Who wants to remember the conception of their child as a one person event? Scooping it up and using it could lead to vaginal infections as the sperm picks up little bugs from where ever it landed.

Wait for him or find someone else.

First of all, pulling out is not effective....you will eventually get pregnant that way.
Secondly, seriously talk to your husband about this. He is putting you off for some reason. Tell him to give you a date when he will be ready, because you have been ready, and make sure he sticks with it.
There is no way for you to "collect" his sperm. Even if you could, this would be lying to him and he would resent you for it.
Good luck.

ok i dont think it would be a good idea to impregnate yourself with your husbands sperm, if he doesnt want a baby and you do then youve got problems, this is something that should have been discussed before yall got married, but i dont think it is a good idea to try and get pregnant if he does not want a baby, a baby should be brought into a happy home to feel happy and loved by both parents. i think you and your husband need to figure out together if you are going to have kids

Find out if he really wants to have one... tell him how you feel and that you feel you are getting older and the time is right.

If he does accidentally not withdraw in time, I have heard of Instead Cups that you insert like a diaphragm and they are supposed to help keep what is inside you close to your cervix.

Good Luck!

You can still get pregnant with the pull out method as pre-ejaculate contains sperm. Sonds like you are going to have to lay down the law with him or move on.

Why on Gods earth would you want to have a baby with somebody who obviously doesn't?

Maybe your question should be: "My husband's been lying to me. What should I do" or better yet: "How do I get out of this messed up relationship?"

Good luck.

Sit down and have a serious discussion with him. If he is trying to prevent pregnancy ask him why. You don't want to have a baby if he doesn't want it. He could be very resentful.
