Just what percentage of the population can stop working and contributing to society before the whole thing collapses in on itself.
I can't tell you how many people I have met who don't contribute a thing and seem to think that it's ok to be a taker.

I totally agree!!! I can't even get started on this, though because if I do, I will never be allowed on Yahoo! again. Hatred....doesn't even describe my feelings when I see the country that my family sacrificed for, worked for, and built just be squandered and milked....

I don't know what percentage it would take. what percentage are we at now? I'm sure at 100% it would definatly be bad. I know people in this situation. I think the gov. should consider each circumstance before handing out money. My mom was making over 60K a year before she just up and quit. Now she is getting gov. cheese for sitting on her you know what. She could be doing more.....those people shouldn't get anything. They should sit on a corner somewhere and beg for money, not take what I work for!!!!!

i think our society is full of the "moochitis"
we live in a world of lazy good for nothings... and its acceptable to be that way

as long as they can get away with it, why should they have to? take away medi-cal for people who truly dont need it & see what happens. they dont want to contribute, they want to be taken care of by us. i take care of as many as i can, but it's impossible to help those who wont help themselves
