It is called smegma and is a build up of dried lubricant in uncircumcised males. You need to clean the area daily, and there will be no build up, and your hygiene will also be improved. Good luck!!

Dude, if you have cheese coming out the "knob" as you so eloquently put it, and it is not from smackin' that thing around.....SEE A DOCTOR!!!!! They can give you a cream or ointment or something.
