Arizona officially has the highest crime rate and the lowest education rate.

Why doesn't she have a serious challenger? Why doesn't this upset more Arizonans?

St. Louis isn't a state. Thank you for proving my point about education.

Janet has passed nothing to help the state. All she has done is veto almost every single bill that has come her way.

Because she is highly qualified, passionate and moral. St. Louis has the highest crime rate officially. As for the lowest education rate, yes, it spends the least per student in the country (this is shameful), and this is exacerbated by the fact that there are many retirees who have the view that their own kids were raised, done with school, so why should they increase their property taxes? However, this does not translate to the lowest education. The challenge for Arizona is that it also has one of the highest Hispanic populations, and while this group is no less intelligent than the rest of the population, there is such a thing as a language barrier. I wonder if any other nationality would have a similar problem assimilating in another culture if their home country abutted against another as does the Hispanic community's.
