Chameleons... However several other lizards can change color to some extent. Green anoles often change from brown to bright green, and have been sold as chameleons before. Iguanas and many others also vary from dark to bright depending on mood/health/temperature.

Chameleon of course. They make good pets but the males can get a little feisty around mating season. Mine bit me pretty hard when I wasn't paying attention.
