I want to sell my PC. How do I delete everything, files, photos, data etc - except the OEM XP Pro installation which I buy only a week ago.

can I reinstall the OEM xp pro again on the same PC ?

You need to reformat your hard drive (a real format, not a quick one) then reinstall your OS.

You can never delete all information off your HDD.

You may want to reformat your computer using the Windows XP Installation disc, that'll wipe off all files that you've made and programs, et cetera..

If you don't want to re-install the operating system, then use CCleaner. It will clean your registry and delete all temporary files.

The best option is to take your computer to a computer firm and ask them to clear your disk drive.

put your disc in the cd rom drive and run a complete setup including formatting the drive you will probably hav\e to call to activate tho
