I am an anime artist and I have a laptop that I do all my work on... somehow my brother got onto my laptop and deleted all my work, as in over 4 years of work -_- if anyone could help me retrieve it that would be wonderful. I have contracts with companies and I cant make the deadline without my work. I am flipping out anyone help

It's a list of programs that will do this for you. They're not free but probably well worth the money if they're going to get 4yrs of work back. Most of them will show you what they'll recover before you actually pay for the program, which is nice.

Take your laptop to a computer firm , they have a method to retrieve some of your files.

Here is a nice file recovery tool. You will have to purchase it and download it, but from the sounds of it, you would be willing to do more than that.

check out http://www.diskinternals.com/. They have software for recovering deleted filse. Also do not use your pc, because you may write over the deleted files

turn it off immeditaly take it to the local shop and see if they can run a recovery program on it if you leave it on themn the chances are you will overwrite the files and they wont be able to recover them
