Are Denny and Alan father and son in the series?? I'm new to the show and I've been wondering it.

They are not related but they are very close and end most episodes drinking and smoking cigars together

I don't think so. I'm kind of new to the show too but I don't think that they are father and son.

I love that show!! I like all the characters, but I have to say, I think William Shatner plays his part sooo well. He is such a different characther, compared to the ole Star Trek days!! He is hiliarious!!
