Bandwidth is a term used to describe the amount of data that can be passed through your network or Internet connection. Think of it like putting water through a straw. The straw can only contain a specific volume of water. This is your bandwidth. The flow of water through the straw can be compared to "Throughput". You cannot get more water in, but you can put it through faster. However, there are many factors involved at this point. The components of your network and or computer must be able to process the information as it exits the straw. Typically we experience issues when trying to pull video over slow links like dial up connections or low bandwidth leased lines (64- 128K DSL). If you have a sow link then you may well have difficulty with large downloads and streaming multimedia. Consider a faster leased line or a cable modem for this type of use.

You have to contact your service provider to change that and it will cost you more.
