Reduce size of viewing area?

How can I get the size of my home page back to having the full page on the screen

If you have windows xp or similar ..... Go to Start, Control panel,Display. Change screen resolution and move the resolution to the left. Click apply and see if it's the size you need. If not go back and try another resolution size.
If your home page has a tool bar on top and this did not work go to view and adjust the settings till your screen size is what you want and save.
