THE GUY THAT RAPED ME IN 6TH GRADE (IM IN 9TH) IS IN MY SCHOOL AND IM SCARED AND THE POLICE ALREADY KNOWS ABOUT IT I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.
IM SCARED AND I GET PANIC ATTACKS WHENEVER I SEE HIM.

how awful there must be something that can be done he should not even be allowed in that school after what he has done talk to your parents and teachers and the police have a meeting and see what can be done you have been through enough as the panic attacks go they are very scary when you feel one coming on count to 10 and take deep breaths this may help take care xxx

First of all, I'm really deeply sorry you got raped (NOBODY deserves to have that happen to you, and anybody who'd do that to another human being is a cowardly pathetic wuss)

Second, was this guy ever prosecuted for what he did to you?

Did you report the attack?

Even if you didn't (and however you handled the case at the time was the right way, as long as you felt it worked for you), you can still go to your local court, and ask for a restraining order (the court clerks will help you fill it out).

You can, and should, also notify your school, and make them seperate this guy from you (if possible, he should be barred from school grounds for the remainder of your time at that school).

Also, call your local Rape Crisis Center, Woman's Health Clinic or Planned Parenthood clinic and ask for their help, both with protecting yourself from this pervert, and healing the emotional scars he left you with.

As you already know, you will feel a lot of pain, hurt, shame, anger and fear because of what this animal did to you, but you WILL be able to get better, with a little help (it's all uphil from here, you're a very strong girl, and you're going to make it)

Again, I'm truly sorry that this pathetic excuse for a man robbed you of your virginity and hurt you so deeply (remember, even if he isn't punished in this life, he'll answer for his crimes against you in the next life).

You need to tell the counsler or the school police. They won't do nothing to you because you're the victim. They will protect you. Just tell them that you were scared to tell anyone in the beginning and now you want to be protected. If you can't do it, then I will. (depending where you live, don't worry, I have a car and I love to drive.)

Don't be scared. Every time you get scared you surrender your power to him. The best thing to do is report it to school officials and possibly get some counselling for yourself. You have been violated in a manner that you may not be able to get past on your own.

You need to tell police that he is in your school. The only thing is that there isn't much that will happen to him since you are both minors. They may put him through counseling and juvy but that is about it. I think you need to go to counseling. Tell your Mom about it and I'm an positive she will take care of it. You are too young to go through this alone.

That woudl creep me out! Eeek. I would move..no. You need to express to some sort of faculty member that you feel will keep your confession to a minimum. It is a strong feelign of resentment and fright and shouldn't have to be reminded of it with his face every day.
