Before you get deluged with answers involving internet scams, take a minute to think about what is important to you. It doesn't sound like with your current schedule you have time to make money, let alone spend it. If you take on any more, something has to give. With everything you've listed, I find it hard to believe that you have 2 hours left. You are 13 years old. Be the kid you are for a little while longer. There are limited jobs you can get as soon as you turn 14. But it is doubtful that you can do this with your current schedule. The only way I can see that you can do anything is if your parents were to start some kind of business and you work for them. The minimum age requirements do not apply to children employed by their parents. If it is that important to you, talk to your parents and see if there is some kind of home business that they could start and in turn hire you.

Honey Do's. Lots of women, married and single, have little honey do's that need doing that never get done because their husbands are too busy watching football or something else. I'm not talking major hard labor, I'm talking about weeding the garden, cleaning out the garage, little things like that won't take up too much of your time. Make up a little flier of the different things that you are able to do. State that you can only work 2 hours per day and pass them out in a nearby subdivision that you can ride your bike to. Get their name and number and leave that with your folks before you go over there to work for safety reasons. Its a suggestion, other than that, with your very limited time schedule, I don't see how you're going to have time for much of anything else.

If you live in a neighborhood where you know the people around you there are lots of opportunities...
Mow lawns. You should be able to change people $20, more or less, especially if you edge and do a good job cleaning up.
Dog walking.
House and dog sitting, if someone is going on vacation, offer to feed pets, water plants, and generally check up on the house. Boarding a dog costs $30 day, most people would be happy to to give you $5 or $10 a day for this service, more if they have a lot of pets or plants.
Also, people are often happy to have someone help around the house. Ofter to help with yard work or light cleaning.

Since you're resources are limited, maybe you can make a little business washing cars. Also, Coldstone hires at 14.
