Actually yes I did know that, my nephew was bow-legged(spelling) when he was younger and they did x-rays on his legs. I was amazed by that I never knew until then. I always assumed they had kneecaps just like everyone else.

It's kind of true true. The bone that makes up the kneecap, the patella, only starts to fully harden between 2-4 years of age, and it can take up to age 6 to completely harden. Before then, the bones in the knees are soft and pliable.

Actually babies are born with kneecaps. Only on certain occasions are they born without them. Here's a link.

Yes, and since their bones are soft when born, I have heard that a child's head can be sorta 'molded' if it is mis-shapen, and if you leave a baby in a car seat or in one position, it can create flat spots on their head.

Yes, they also don't get nose hairs until after they are around 5. That's why they sneeze a lot and seem to have allergies.
