I'd say Viggo Mortensen, who played Strider in Lord of the Rings. He is a thoughtful, intelligent, "deep" guy and I'd love to talk with him not only about all his movie roles but also about life, the universe, and everything.
(I agree with you that Miley seems like a nice person. Did you know that's just a nickname? Her dad nicknamed her "Smiley" because she smiled all the time, even as a baby, and eventually they just dropped the S. I believe her real name is Destiny Hope Cyrus.)
