Paint your face like a cat. Pin ears to the top of your coat and pin a tail to your pants. Keep warm, but look cool.

Well, it depends on what your Halloween activities include. If you're going to an indoor Halloween party, you can wear any costume you want if you bundle up with a big coat on the way over. If you're doing something outdoors, like taking kids trick-or-treating, you should definitely wear a costume that will keep you warm. How about an Eskimo? LOL or maybe a really flowy witch costume that's baggy enough to put winter clothes underneath. Greek togas work nicely for camouflaging coat bulk as well.

Non Seqiutor (comic) showed Pocahantas, the Eskimo princess. Attach a feather to the hood of your parka. That was so cute.

Ok, I am currently living in a desert, so I don't really have that much help, but, you can basically throw stuff together and go as your/your sibling's/someone else who's actually got a costume's imaginary friend.

Thats what I was planning to do. But I sort of need to cram. For a science exam. Trick or Treaters approching my house will be attacked with giant science text book.

Good luck with your costume!

Know anyone with an ice hockey uniform? How about a mad scientist, you could wear all the woolies you want underneath a pair of scrubs and a lab coat. How about a military person? Or if you want to be really warm, maybe you could rent a Peter Rabbit costume?

How about dressing up as an eskimo? the abdominal snowman? santa claus? frosty? (yes, these are all considered other holiday icons but with halloween people dress as ANYTHING)

Also, you could consider dressing as a bear (another warm costume), a pioneer in animal hides or even an ice skater/skiier.
