All legitimate UK companies should be registered with Companies House. There is no record of a Paltmed LLC with Companies House:
http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/fe657619680217f9151b04988effec8c/companysearch?disp=res&frfsh=1162298402#result

Also there are no results in search for them:
http://uk.search.yahoo.com/search?p=Paltmed

which makes me suspicious.

The address appears to be real as you can see from this credit report for a dissolved company that previously had that address:
http://www.ukdata.com/numbers/04586674.html

TO put this in context, it could be a real company but it depends on why you are asking. If you have received an unsolicited mail (spam) which is askign you to provide details or part with cash, then be very suspicious.

If you cannot contact them in any way, other then email, also be very suspicious.
