The last time I got a violation I thought was wrong and clicked on the link to send them an email I got a mail failure telling me that the address didn't exist, lol. They don't care what we think. All they care about is their communistic editing of our questions and answers. Sad part is they don't do anything to the real violators - people who talk about molesting their children, raping women and stuff like that.

They must have thousands of reports a day and I would hope that it is because they want to give your Email the consideration it deserves.
