Yes I have. My mom was married at the age of 17, had 3 kids and divorced. She then married my bio father, had 3 kids and divorced. She bumped into her 1st husband many years later and they remarried and were together until he died a few years ago.

My best friend did it. She and her husband got married twice to each other. First time they got married it ended a little over a year later. They remained single for a couple years and then they got back together and remarried. They now have a beautiful daughter and are happier now than they were.
My brother did it too except he was stupid for doing it the 2nd time. his wife is a total sl^t..I can say that, the woman has a baby by another man and well she and my brother were together when it happened. His fault too because he puts up with it but that's their story.

Yes- it happens all the time! People get divorce on a whim without really thinking it through and then decide later that they made a mistake.
I would be interested to know....with the divorce rate being so high, what the actual % is of people who end up getting remarried? I bet it it pretty high also.

Uh huh, this is happening to me right now. My aunt left her abusive husband about 3 yrs ago and the divorce was almost final. I just found out today that she was going back to him. This man forcibly raped her right before she left him. He has always been abusive, both mentally and physically, extremely controlling. I can't for the life of me figure out how in the hell she could go back to him, but she is. We kind of wonder if she got scared about money and everything, even though she has been gone 3 yrs. She has a job and was going to school. But we really think with Christmas coming and some issues in their daughters life, that is why she went back. Even though if she would have signed the final papers she would have been set up very nicely for life. I am just totally baffled about it.

I have heard of this. My father in law married the same women 3 times. They kept reconciling after their divorce and they would marry again then.

Yup. My friends parents were married right out of high school, then they got divorced, she married someone else, so did he and they divorced them and got married again, they been back together 10 years now. Happy and realizing that they were meant for each other. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff.

My Aunt and Uncle did it, and they were together until she passed. Strange though, they divorced, remarried, never again lived together but spent all of their daytime hours together. What ever works for you!

As I answer this, it does me good to say yes I have heard and will be having lunch today. With a couple who have gotten back together and re-newed their vows to each other. Co-worker of mine was cheating with another co-work. Got her pregnant his wife found out you know the rest, taking steps to right his wrong. Her forgiving him, they seem to be ready to try and make it work.

Yes, my husband has a cousin who divorced her husband then remarried him. They are now divorcing again.
