here is the outline:

weight of potato = potato-flesh (p) + water (w)

since we know the density of water, calculate the volume of water...

take 98% and recalculate

when water content is 99% weight is 100lbs


99% = 100lbs
98% = n lbs

n = 98x100/99
n= 98.989899 lbs

I think they will weigh 98.989899lbs
