Its possible that your scan didnt pick it up.

I-Worm/Stration · BackDoor.Generic3.GBB and .GBC · Worm/Generic.FX · Exploit.WMF

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

Definately AVG & Ad-Aware. Also check the Apple website......they were giving away trial software to help people who got the virus on iPods, so there's a few links on there.
And most importantly do a system restore back to last week or somewher you know it was normal.
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
Once you've solved the problem be sure to create restore points every week or month etc.

What are you using to scan your pc? if you have downloaded a rogue product than you will do considerable harm to your computer.
Don't use more than one antivirus product at a time - people have recommended AVG; Avast is also very good. You can find good free antivirus here:
http://www.filehippo.com/software/antivirus/
you can safely use more than one antispyware product at the same time - scanning with Spybot, Adaware, AVG antivirus will help. You can find good free antispyware here:
http://www.filehippo.com/software/antispyware/
If you want other antispyware scanners, try A Squared Free
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
and also Spyware Terminator
http://www.spywareterminator.com/
Golden rule: be careful what you download and where you download it from - before opening and running a downloaded file always scan it - a lot of the above products (avast and a squared free for example) give you the option to scan with a right click.
