The best and smoothest way to remove the hair on your legs is with an epilator. The first time you use it, it will hurt, but every time after that gets easier.

The more times you use it, the less hair comes back and the longer it takes for the hair to grow in.

For more information, check out the fashion section of the web site in my source list.

Take care,
Troy

How many kinds of legs do you have ? You want to shave your MALE legs, do you have female legs also ? Maybe you have one of each, but then you should have said, " My male leg ".
Anyway, to answer your question. The closest shave is with a good blade razor and cream. First soak with hot water soaked cloths.
