What is the one thing you cherish when everything goes wrong. What's your "ROCK" you cling too. What's the ONE thing you can rest upon when life just is unbearable.

The one thing that NEVER changes. Your life may totally cave in but__________ never fails me.

For some this might be: Yourself, God, A Personal Talent, Your Intelligence, The Bible, Friends, Parents etc....

What's your Foundation?

WHOA DEEP~
Good Question.

My faith, "gut feelings" , the love of my family, the pride of being a good Mom, Wife, Best friend, Business Owner, Minister... (not in that order).

The best thing I can be is appreciative and know that I am blessed for the opporunity that I have to make a difference in so many lives.

A safe haven can also be a dark corner. The best "rock" one can have is no rock at all. Without a person, doctrine, or object to run to or hide under, how could one not be completely honest and authentic in their interactions with their inner selves and their surroundings?

To walk along the path that is "no-path" cultivates authenticity, honesty, and freedom to create ones destiny.

Conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy (often expressed as the sum of kinetic energy and potential energy) in an isolated system remains constant. In other words, energy can be converted from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed. In modern physics, all forms of energy exhibit mass and all mass is a form of energy.

We are animated by some sort of energy. I don't what will happen to that energy once the matter of my being ceases to function, but I know it will go on somehow, in some form.

I have faith, faith in the power and presence of a being greater than I, in such magnitude of greatness, that the concept of this being, God, is difficult to completely comprehend. When times get especially tough, instead of losing faith, my faith becomes stronger. It is the goodness and mercy of God that always pulls me through, leaving me a more spiritual person for the experience.

A Geod.

Just kidding, but seriously, when you're empty, you fill it up. So to answer your question honestly, I am the rock in my life. I don't see any other thing it could be, except maybe God, but that's metaphysical sausage cakes. Mmm they're tasty.

Our ultimate destiny is utter death and annihilation, not only us as individuals but our ol Earth and universe in general. Does that make like meaningless? Not really, it only gives us more zest to live the temporary life that we have.

In other words, live for the moment.

That life is meaningless and we must find a way to infuse our own lives with meaning in order to leave the world a little better than we left it.

It is summed up in this phrase:-

mine is not a better way, mine is merely another way.

This means that I can have unconditional interaction with all, no matter where they are coming from.

Who could want more than that?

What more solid foundation is required?

i like to remain in a state of becoming, i keep an open mind.
there's no way to know/prove what the purpose in life is, so i just enjoy changing and figuring things out as i go along.

My Soul is my Rock. Everything else means nothing to me. My Soul is my hero, without it? I am nothing. My inner-being is my Foundation, that's what keeps it solid.
