It's probably skin from your lips when it gets chapped or dry. One remedy to lessen that white stuff is to use a lip srub once a week or when needed. You can get a lip scuff at The Body Shop at a really good price.

okay ladies the exact same thing happens to me..... and its not allergies, it cause the liquid is a little dry or the type u use, when u leave ur lips shut for a matter of time the lip colour sticks and turns white i suggest after applying the colour u put a lip shimmer on so u dont notice it, hope i helped.

I think your lips are peeling. Try not to use real waxey lip stuff, try burts beeswax or something w/real mostureizers... Also, try to exfoliate your lips but don't use anything too harsh, you don't want to crack and make it even worse... I know mary kay has a lip buffer so does bath & body works I beleive

it is dead skin. it can start to peel after applying any type of moisturizer to the area. try an exfoliant and moisturizer for your lips. you can find items like these at you better beauty store, but they don't come cheap.

Dead skin. The chap stick lubes it and causes it to start coming off.Try using a thin layer if vaseline overnight. Then when you brush your teeth the next morning, lightly brush your lips. This will keep your lips soft.

Your lips are too dry and when you put your lip gloss on it loosens it up... also, if you put too much lip gloss/stick on, it can be caked on so much that it gets clumped in spots...yuk.
