The same road as mentioned by the other answer. I add here that the road is good from Bangalore to Mysore (139 kms) being a high way and from Mysore to Ooty the road is good only in parts. If you have a new or good car (if you are hiring also) you can think of using the shorter route (via Kallatty) which is a deviation from Gudalur which has steep hair pin bends but the scenery is awesome.

Banglore to Ooty is around 4 to 5 hours Ooty to Kodai is around 6 to 8 hours. Best would be to go from Banglore to Mysore then to Ooty to Coimbatore to Kodai. and finally yes Ooty first and then Kodai from Banglore...
