What are some simple laws that teachers and faculty cannot do in school? for example: taking personal property...?

Wouldn't it be much more important and useful if you phrased your question in a positive manner. For example, I had three rules in my classroom that everyone had to abide by.

1. You may NEVER at any time interfere with my teaching and other students' learning.

2. You will respect everyone in the classroom including the teacher and each other.

3. You will respect the property of others and of the school.

These worked well for 40 years, and I believe they still do.

oh, they can confiscape personaly property.....
esp if it is contraband ( not aloud in the school)
or if you are distracing people or yourself with it

I think the "laws" are more like
they can't hit students,
they can't enter into any kinda of sexual situations ( touching or not)

they can't physically or verbally abuse a student.
and of course there is not student teacher relationships allowed.
