Let them know you would be good for the position because you are motivated, work hard to get the job done correctly, and you can bring a new, (insert adjective here) personality & terrific qualities to the job that may have not been there before. GOOD LUCK!

You must know the potential level u hold in urself..well u'll have to cionvince them that no one else can handle this position with so much responsibilty as u can do..because u know how to take care of what u r assigned to do n how to carry on with that ....

try to represent urself in very practical n mature way..just like as u r the only to hold this position but don't get overconfident as u r still to be selected n ur to assure them about ur capabilities.

keep ur reply short and simple. u'd be good for the job for 2 basic reasons:1. that u have the required qualifications and experience for the jobs;
and 2. u have the sincerity, the dedication and the will to be perfect in the job.

Your answer should incorporate how as an employee will help the company acheive its goals. In other words, what can you do for the company that will make it better.

Be careful with this. Whatever you do, don't point out any of their flaws. They will be turned off by this.
