Your child support agency is the place to start. Where is the order for support from? (Which county?) Start there! If you're on any assistance--the state is compelled to help collect. do you know where the father is? Here is the link to OK child support enforcement.

If your local agency is not helping--contact the state. If they drag their feet-call your assembly man or state senator. That usually gets the ball rolling!

You are having this problem b/c you are looking to the wrong people. Law Enforcement can't help you. You have to contact organizations or a lawyer to help you. However, there are offices in your area that can help you with your situation.

Although he hasn't paid. He will pay when you take him to court. He will owe backpay for child support as well. But recommendation, hire a lawyer. You will get a lot more out of him then if you do this on your own. And don't let him sweet talk you.

Have you spoken with an Attorney? If not, I would advise it! If you are like me and can't really afford the Large up-front costs or high hourly rate, please contact me. I have a solution that will protect you and your children and get you in touch with the No. 1 rank Law Firm in Okalhoma. You will be granted 24hour access to your attorney, no matter what the case may be.

Let me know,

Jon

Have you made a child support claim in court yet. In most states he must be served with the papers if he is ducking them ,you need a good lawyer. Sorry to say most are very poor and the best are conmen.
