No. Unless they begin to take on someone elses info to gain illegal access to bank accounts, credit cards, etc.

No, they can't be charged with identity theft for that, but I'm sure they were charged a lot of money by the doctor! They might need to commit some identity theft in order to pay for such a thing!

not unless they actually use the others social security, date of birth from the other person. but other than that they can change their name, looks, & speech to match anyone they wish.
