I have been on interviews in the past that were based on personality style. I have never gotten the job when it comes to this type of interview. How can I prepare to succeed? I have an extremely important interview tomorrow and I fear that they will use that style of interview. Please would someone offer sound advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come up with answers to these questions:

What is your biggest strength?, What would you like to improve on?, What are your short-term and long-term goal?, What is your biggest achievment? What would your last supervisor say about you?

Write all of these answers down and read them before you go into the interview. They will ask some or all of the question above and when our nerves get the best of us we forget the answers. Go to the interview looking neat and clean, shake everyone's hand firmly (yes, even the women), and be confident. Remember they would not have asked you there if they didn't like your resume, so you are selling them on your personality, confidence, and quick thinking. Don't offer any information that will make you look bad, but don't lie either.

Good Luck!

DO NOT FORGET to be confident with yourself, and remember, sadly as it is, YOU'RE SELLING YOURSELF! So sell well, and GL2U!

Sorry for the bold lettering, but this is one of the most important parts of a successful interview.

go in and smile and be happy to be there and when they ask your weaknesses tell them chocolate and smile and say you have to have your weekly fix at dairy queen or somewhere good, make them want some too and talk about the job and ask them questions on what does the job entail and what you can do to make it good for both of yous
