The money would go to buying a new house where our son can grow up living happily away from gangs of youths that take drugs, smoke and drink beer.

You know, I don't think this is the proper forum to ask for money, especially when it is difficult to determine whether your question is sincere or you are just taking a poll to see the kindness of mankind.
If you are serious, you should probably check out the community in which you live and see if your government supports programs such as this and enlist their assistance to aid you. In the meantime, keep watch of your son and teach him how wrong it is to take drugs, what a costly and medically enduring habit it would be to start smoking, as well as the beer guzzling thing. That's just for starters. :)
Also, check your local church. It is the mission of the church to help those in need, you know. Perhaps you can do some things around the church to earn that money if you are not gainfully employed. If you are employed, perhaps you can save some of that money on your own.
