Generally, each interview is different. However, they will ask you about your philosophy of education. This something you should know by heart (Constructivist vs. direct instruction etc...) I update my philosophy frequently to reflect changes and trends in education as I garner experience. Furthermore, some interviewers will look at your portfolio. This is becoming less common, but BRING IT ANYWAY. Also have a few samples of your better lesson plans for easy access (not just in your portfolio book....) As for questions they ask... it's different everytime. Bring your resume and certification credentials (obviously) and just be yourself. They can sense how comfortable you are in your field.

Ask him what his most difficult task as principal was or what his most embarrassing moment as princiapal was or why he deserves the job.
Or better yet, ask him if he was ever sent to the principals office growing up, and if so for what?
